Ordering Options

We are always happy to discuss your particular tracking needs without obligation and forward further information if required. Should you wish to telephone order, items may be reserved for up to 10 working days - after which they will be released for re-sale without prior notice.

 

If you need to order "special frequency" transmitters please be aware that we have up to four weeks lead time from point of order with our crystal manufacturers. This could mean a final delivery date to our customer of up to six weeks and additional charges may apply.

 

Because "special order crystals" are totaly unique to you, we have to take full payment before we order with our supplier. If for any reason you wish to cancel, we reserve the right to charge you for our out of pocket expenses, ie the cost of the crystal.
