United Kingdom
Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, usually same day if ordered before 12.00 noon, otherwise next day. Please allow up to 28 days for special order 'non-stock' items, in which case you will be notified of availability and expected dispatch dates. All goods are shipped via Royal Mail or Parcel Force and charged at the current rate to UK Mainland addresses.

International
Falconry Electronics are happy to fulfil international orders to non UK Mainland and Other Countries; however, carriage quotes must be obtained prior to payment.

Returned Goods
If, upon receipt of your purchase, you are not satisfied we will be happy to issue a full refund, or exchange the item in question. Please notify Falconry Electronics of your concern and return the item back to us in its ?as received? condition complete with original packaging. Reimbursement is via the same method used for payment i.e. original credit / debit card.
