Pre ordered items which are subsequently not paid for will be released for resale without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any sales agreement where non-availability and subsequent re-supply becomes impossible.

 

Due to the very nature of the content of this website, Falconry Electronics Ltd endeavours to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is current or 100% error-free. If a product advertised on this website is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to us within seven days in its "as received" condition complete with original packaging. You will be reimbursed in full via the same method used for payment.

The risk of loss and / or damage of items pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier (Royal Mail). Goods are insured under the terms and conditions issued by Royal Mail, details are available on line or by request at any post office.
