The website is organised in a simple and logical manner. You can brows by product category, and when you find something of interest simply "left click" your mouse on the thumbnail image or the product description for more detailed information. Clicking again on the thumb nail image will generate a larger picture for you to take a closer look.

Product Search:

If you are looking for a specific item, there is a search facility to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Enter the keyword(s) related to the item, for example the item name or number. The search facility will generate matches to your input from across all our current stock data base.If your search fails then an advanced search facility will automatically come into play by which you can also search by product descriptions.

Purchase:

To make an online purchase, simply "left click" your mouse on the buy now button associated to your item of interest. This will automatically add the selected item to your basket. From this point you can decide to either continue shopping or proceed to check out.

View Basket:

If you wish to check what you have selected to purchase so far, you can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking 'basket' on the top right hand side of your screen. Should you change your mind, items can be removed at anytime and your total can be recalculated by by clicking on the 'update basket' link.

Order Completion:

Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, select the 'Check Out' option on the top right hand side of your screen. This will start the automated check out process by logging you in as a Falconry Electronics customer. If this is your first purchase from our online store you will have to register with us, after this you will be presented with the basket page from which you can select to check out. From here you will be guided through the secure payment process and you can specify where the items are to be delivered.

On submitting your payment instructions and delivery details, you will be asked to confirm these details again along with your postage / order total. Once you have confirmed your details you will be sent an order confirmation e-mail detailing your order in full, including an order reference number.

Falconry Electronics employ the services of Protx Ltd, which is a secure, online, real-time payment service provider, supporting all major credit and debit cards with the (major) UK acquiring banks for Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta and JCB.
